杨光平,(1996-),男,陕西安康人,中共党员,博士研究生,2026年毕业于西安建筑科技大学材料科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。致力于新型纳米材料的可控制备与电催化性能研究,在电解水析氢、析氧反应及新型太阳能电池开发等电催化领域发表SCI论文26篇。其中,以第一作者在《Advanced Powder Materials》、《Advanced Functional Materials》、及《Journal of Materials Chemistry A》国际期刊发表SCI论文4篇。
